Our queen room had an iron & ironing board and blinds, which was super convenient. The staff was really nice and friendly. The location was amazing, right next to City Arcade - so cool! 🌟

Madison Plaza Townsville is an ideal place for a short stay. The property is overall clean and well-maintained. The staff, from the receptionist to the cleaner, are very courteous. They offer great food for breakfast in the lobby. The rooms come with three beds.

The hotel suited us for the one night we were there, it was in a handy location for walking around the cbd.

The fact that it was in good need of refurbishment, peeling paint in bathrooms is not nice although the bathroom tiles etc were clean and tidy. The jug was difficult to fill from the tap.

The hotel was very easing going with all the noise, that is a big thing for some hotels and they put it with it very well.

The staff! The lady on the front desk was rude and needs an attitude adjustment. we are the customers a little bit of respect goes a long way.

I greatly enjoyed this hotel. The venue was trendy boutique, spent my time lovely here. It was in a favourable and perfect location so close to City Arcade. There were a shopping street and the Sunday market around the hotel.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom and ironing set, TV with DVD player and blinds in the room. Reasonably priced breakfast with a wide array of food.

The location in Townsville was very good and the rooms were a decent size. A little worn looking going by the carpet and throws on the beds

The hotel of choice in Townsville. Well priced venue with great prices. Attentive staff on night shift on the 6th of April. Tastefully decorated, brand-new rooms with a view. Unbeatable and excellent location really close to Flinders Street. Just off the Sunday markets, all the nearby bars, and bus station.

Delicious food 🍔, room is a good size with a complete kitchen, and the shower is overhead.

The hotel has amazingly great employees on night shift on the 6th of April. The rooms are airy and compact, come with a shower, very comfortable chairs, and a nice deep bath. There is a great restaurant for breakfast.
